Definitions:

Uptime = System is functional and operational.
Scheduled Downtime = System down time that was scheduled in advance and announced to the user community.
Unscheduled Downtime = System down time that was not scheduled and was not announced in advance.
Time Degraded = System is online but some services are unavailable.
